UPDATE:
I am sad to say that our most amazing and awesome bartender Carey no longer works at the Artisan. This saddens myself, my group and the entire staff of The Vegas Pirate. It seems we will no longer be frequenting this place, which had become a second home to many of us, and will only be visiting for our monthly meetings (though that, too, may change with this development). However, it is still a beautiful hotel, one of the most unique and luxurious spots you will find in all of Las Vegas, and we still do recommend that you make a visit to this place a priority, whether you are a Vegas native or just out here for a night or weekend. Be sure to request and say hello to Tom, the tall bald man behind the bar, for he is wonderful and be sure to avoid that douchebag Andrew (the guy who looks like Buddy Holly).

ETA: Patti and Michelle no longer work there, but Carey is still there and still the most amazing bartender EVER! Always request him when you are at the bar. Watch out for Andrew (he’s the bar manager or some such, and is stuck-up and two-faced). He’ll kiss your ass if he thinks he’s going to make good money off you, but the moment he thinks otherwise he goes back to being a jerk!
